- Wash the zucchinis under cool running water, then dry with a paper towel. Cut off the ends and slice them into rounds, aiming for 1/4-inch thick pieces.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Add the sliced zucchini to the seasoning mix and toss gently until they are evenly coated.
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Place the coated zucchini in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using, add Parmesan cheese during the last 2 minutes of cooking.
- Once done, remove the zucchini and let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For storage, allow zucchini to cool completely before placing it in an airtight container. Refrigerate for up to 3-4 days or freeze for up to 2 months. Reheat in the air fryer for best results.
