  • 1 lb chicken tenders
  • ¼ cup honey Use high-quality honey for best flavor.
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced Fresh minced garlic is recommended.
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular) Panko breadcrumbs provide extra crunch.

Preparation
  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine honey, melted butter, minced garlic, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
  2. Dip each chicken tender into the honey garlic mixture, ensuring each piece is evenly coated.
  3. Spread breadcrumbs on a flat plate and dredge each coated chicken tender through the breadcrumbs, covering all sides.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C), and spray the basket with cooking spray.
  5. Arrange chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket, avoiding overcrowding.
  6. Air fry the tenders for 10-12 minutes, flipping them halfway through. Watch closely to prevent overcooking.
  7. Allow the chicken tenders to rest for a few minutes before serving to retain moisture.
