  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese For seasoning and crispy crust.

  • 1 piece Juice of 1 lemon Freshly squeezed for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Rinse and pat the chicken breasts dry.
  2. Season both sides with salt, pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese.
Cooking
  1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Add the seasoned chicken breasts and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown and fully cooked.
  4. In the final minute of cooking, drizzle with fresh lemon juice.
Serving
  1. Remove the chicken from the skillet and garnish with fresh parsley.
  2. Serve immediately with your choice of sides.

Notes
